Can I return my order?

Returns are not free; your label will be generated in our returns portal and the total deducted from your refund.

We cannot accept returns that are lost, your parcel will be insured with the specific courier.

Returns will not be accepted if the item is worn or showing signs of wear. Items must be make up, fragrance and stain-free. All orders should be intact with a do not remove tag, which makes the item ineligible for a return if removed. All items must be unworn, with tags and cable tie still attached. We will not accept any returns that do not comply.

What do I do if I received a faulty item?

We are so sorry this occurred. Please email with your Name, Order #, a description of the issue and pictures. We will help you as soon as possible, so you can receive the TALIA product you deserve.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use this to track the transit and see the status of your order.
